These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to nellydiazagency.com, operated by Nelly Diaz Insurance Agency, LLC at 1100 W Main St, Ste 110, Tomball, TX 77375. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
General information only
The website provides general educational information about insurance and ways to contact the Agency. It is not an insurance policy, binder, contract, guarantee, legal opinion, tax advice, investment advice, securities recommendation, medical advice, or a substitute for advice based on your circumstances.
Agency status and product availability
The Agency is an insurance agency, not an insurance carrier. It does not underwrite policies or decide claims. Products, carriers, eligibility, rates, discounts, benefits, provider networks, formularies, service areas, and availability vary by underwriting, location, appointment, licensing, and applicable law and may change. Website access does not mean a product or service is available in every location.
The Agency is licensed in Texas and offers website services intended for Texas residents, subject to carrier appointments and product availability.
Quotes, applications, enrollment, and coverage
A website request is not an offer of insurance and does not bind, issue, change, renew, reinstate, or cancel coverage. No coverage is effective unless and until an authorized carrier confirms it in writing and every applicable requirement is satisfied. Premium estimates and quotes may change after underwriting or verification. Carrier-issued policy and plan documents control over any website summary.
Do not cancel or replace existing coverage based only on website content, a submitted form, or an unconfirmed quote.
Medicare information
The Agency is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 4 organizations which offer 50 products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.
Electronic communications
When you provide contact information, you authorize the Agency to respond about your request using the channels you select. Optional marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to stop eligible text messages or HELP for help. Additional consent may be required for automated, prerecorded, artificial-voice, marketing, or Medicare-related communications. The approved form consent—not these Terms alone—must capture any consent required by law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, abuse or bypass security controls, use automated systems to overload or scrape the website unlawfully, submit false information, infringe another person’s rights, or use website content in a misleading or unlawful manner.
