Nelly’s story
That experience changed the way I looked at insurance
My perspective on insurance began long before I became an agent. While working with an insurance company, I saw firsthand the significant costs the company paid to defend its policyholders, and how those defense costs did not reduce the liability limits the client had purchased. I also saw families receive life-changing payments after losing a loved one.
I began to see a policy not simply as a monthly expense, but as immediate financial protection most people do not have available on their own when life takes an unexpected turn. That is ultimately what led me to become an insurance agent: to help families secure the kind of protection I saw make a real difference.
Honesty, transparency and personal attention
Sometimes the best recommendation is not the least expensive option. Sometimes it is. The job is to help you understand the difference.

Insurance has taught me that the unexpected does not ask whether we are ready. At the end of the day, you pay for a need one way or another: through an insurance policy or out of pocket. Good insurance is not about expecting something bad to happen. It is about being prepared if it does.
