Carrier appointments and compensation
Nelly Diaz Agency may not be appointed with every carrier or offer every product available in a visitor’s area. The Agency may receive commissions or other compensation from an insurance carrier or service provider when a policy or plan is issued, renewed, or serviced. Compensation may vary.

External appointment, map, government-resource, and enrollment links are operated by third parties. Their eligibility rules, terms, privacy notices, accessibility, and security practices apply. Communications and consent
